Where do I pick up my bike?

If the bike is ordered online come into Saipan Bike Pro, located in the Commonwealth Economic Development of Authority (CDA building) on Beach Road, Garapan on the beautiful island of Saipan. 

Can I rent more than one bike?

Absolutely! More than one bike can be rented at a time. 

Do you offer delivery options?

We currently do not have standard delivery options. Call our shop at (670) 235-9037, Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT +10), if we have an associate available. 

I do not know the island of Saipan very well do you have tour guides available?

At this time we do not have any available tour guides. However, in the future we look forward to having tour guides available.

What do I do if there are any issues with the bike?

If there are any issues with the bicycle please bring it in to our bike shop to have our technician service the bicycle. We do not recommend attempting to fixing the bicycle or servicing the bike yourself.  

If I do not want to make any online payments, what should I do?

If you do not want to make an online payment please stop into our bike shop is open Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT +10). We gladly accept cash, card, and other forms of payment. Stop by to discuss your options.

Do I need my own helmet or bike lock?

Each bike rental comes with a helmet and kickstand included. Bike locks are available add-ons for rental. We recommend renting a bike lock if you plan on leaving the bike secured to an area for a short period of time.

Is there any insurance included with the bike rental?

Insurance options are currently not offered for the bike rental. However, any damages to the merchandise would result in a damage fee. The fee will be calculated based on the amount of damage done to the merchandise.

Are there any discounts available? 

We do not offer discounts at this time. If you rent more than one bike feel free to come discuss with us in person if we offer any bundle discounts. 

What if the bike gets damaged after I rode on the bike? 

Prior to leaving the establishment the bike undergoes a full tune up and service by one of our licensed technicians. If there are any issues after leaving the establishment bring the bike in to the bike shop and we will be happy to help with any issues with the bicycle.

What if I do not return the bike or rental equipment?  

Any rental equipment not returned at the end of the rental period will subjected to equipment non-return fee which is the full retail value of the non-returned rental equipment. The credit card added at the rental reservation check in will be charged the full non-return fee. 

I want to cancel my reservation, is there a cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee is charged only when the reservation is canceled fewer than ten (10) days from the start of the rental period. The cancellation fee is eighty percent (80%) of the total rental cost. 

What happens if I keep the bikes longer than the rental duration?

If you choose to keep the bike longer than the rental period, please contact us to request a rental extension. Please note that a rental extension is not guaranteed. 

What happens if I do not have a rental extension and keep the bike longer than the rental period? 

If there is no rental extension and the bike is kept longer than the rental period then the credit card on file will be charged a late fee. The late fee is one hundred percent (100%) of the daily rental rate for each non returned item for each day the item is not returned. 

Example: 

Rental : $45/daily

Late fee: $90
